FREE U.S. SHIPPING
FOOUHI offers free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States.
DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after the order is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier delays, high order volume, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Some orders may arrive in separate packages or on different delivery dates. If this happens, separate tracking information may be provided.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
